Scholarship Form This form must be filled out for everyScout who qualifies for the Trail's End Scholarship with at least $2500 insales. Both on-line and regular fall sales qualify. Any Scout who qualified in years past should also fill this out since hegets credit even if he fails to make it to $2500. A copy of the Scout'stake order forms must be attached, and you must also submit a copy of his on-line sales summary (if he sold on-line) from the Trail's End OrderPopcorn.com Scout access web portal. This is due on Super Sunday. Please note - Jamboree Scouts need to combine all sales documents into one application, regardless of which troop the sales were attributed.
