SCOUTING FOR TOLERANCE: A WALK OF FAITH

Would you like something new to discuss for Duty to God in your next Scoutmaster conference? Are you working on your Venturing Trust Award? These are just two of many great reasons to join us for the Northeast Illinois Council’s first Walk of Faith! Join other Scouts, friends and families in an interfaith experience.  You will visit a Mosque, synagogue, and Episcopal Church, all in nearby Northbrook.

Cost: $7 includes special patch

Registration: neic.org/walkoffaith (limited to first 100 people)

Type of Registrants: Scout, Guest, Adult  

Check In: 11-11:30, Islamic Cultural Center, Northbrook

Location: Event starts at Islamic Cultural Center and includes Congregation Beth Shalom and St. Giles Episcopal Church

Event Concludes: Northbrook Leisure Center, 3:30

BRING: Sack lunch, class A uniform and water bottle
