Annually, Certified Fishing Instructor training is available to increase the skills you have in your own unit.
Camp Oakarro’s fishing pond is perfect for Cub Scouts and guarantees everyone will catch fish. Fishing poles are available. A shoreline pier and access to the water from all sides of the pond make fishing easy.
Fish the Fox River, right next to Camp Sol R. Crown. From the bank or by canoe, our NEIC Fishing Guides can make your day trip or overnight campout a special event. NEIC canoes are rented from Crown to let you put in upstream and float your way down to camp.
