Youth Leadership Breakfast
Join us Friday, May 3, 2024, for Youth Leadership Breakfast to be held at Lamb’s Farm in Libertyville. The Youth Leadership Breakfast provides a unique opportunity for members of the community to come together in support of the Northeast Illinois Council, Boy Scouts of America. We honor community leaders who have made an impact in the lives of youth and in Scouting. The funds raised through this annual event support the outreach program of the council, which works with schools and families in under-resourced markets to make sure that every youth can be a Scout. 2024 event sponsorship details are coming soon.
Scouting Golf Classic
Join us Monday, June 24, 2024, for our 25th Annual Golf Classic to he held at Heritage Oaks Golf Club in Northbrook. Since 1999, our sponsors and participants have raised more than $1.5 million to support local Scouting programs, building tomorrow’s leaders. Good Scout Dinner
The Good Scout Award has been presented annually since 1970. The award recognizes community leaders who embody the Scout Oath and Law and support the Northeast Illinois Council. The Good Scout Dinner is hosted in honor of the awardee. We look forward to announcing our 2024 honoree and event details.
Sporting Clays Classic

An exciting fundraiser opportunity to be held at the Northbrook Sports Club. Optional private instructional sessions with a pro, fantastic food, and many accolades. Join a four-person squad and test your skills in 13 unique stations with 75 sporting clays.
Eagle Celebration & Eagle Challenge
The Eagle Challenge started in 2017, encourages our Eagle Scout alumni and friends to pay it forward in support of our newest Eagles and all Scouts working in our communities to make a lasting difference in and around the Northeast Illinois Council. Typically, the Eagle Challenge allows us to recognize our newest class of Eagle Scouts, and their Scoutmasters, at our annual Eagle Scout Recognition Celebration with no cost to them.
