Youth Leadership Week & Awards

The Youth Leadership Week provides a unique opportunity for members of the community to come together in support of the Northeast Illinois Council, Boy Scouts of America. We honor community leaders who have made an impact in the lives of youth and in Scouting. The funds raised through this annual event support the outreach program of the council, which works with schools and families in under-resourced markets to make sure that every youth can be a Scout.

Good Scout Dinner

The Good Scout Award has been presented annually since 1970. The award recognizes community leaders who embody the Scout Oath and Law and support the Northeast Illinois Council. The Good Scout Dinner is hosted in honor of the awardee.
